Our core business is foodservice supply and distribution. 75% of that is dedicated to local, sustainable produce. Today, we serve a 250 mile radius from our distribution facility, which includes Southern Wisconsin, Western and Central Indiana and Illinois, not to mention, every corner of the Windy City.
