Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm, Saturday 8am-12pm and Sunday 10am-9pm.

Q: How do I place my order?

A:

We believe in plenty of options, so here goes:

-Call and place your order with a real live Customer Service Rep at 630.665.9665.

-Leave your order on our voicemail.

-Fax your order over to 630.665.3391.

-Set up super-easy online ordering.

Cut-off Time
Q: How late in the day can I order for next-day delivery?

A:

As long as you call in your order by 9 pm, we’re good to go-and to get it to you.

If you’re ordering online, your order needs to be submitted by 6 pm for next-day delivery.

Of course, these are our typical cut-off times, but things can always vary based on your needs.

Q: Can I change or cancel an order after I place it?

Yes. No worries! As long as you change or cancel within the cut-off time for ordering next-day delivery. (See above).

Usually, our order minimum is $100.

You can choose from COD, ACH and credit cards or terms with credit limits.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Make sure to place your request with a Sales Rep or call and speak to a Customer Service Rep.

Q: So, what if I got my delivery today but I still need a 2nd one?

A:

Give our Customer Service Department a shout and they’ll be more than happy to make a plan to get your product to your ASAP. Please note: our availability of 2nd deliveries depends on products and our driver’s availability.

But, we’ll always do our very best to get you what you need, when you need it.

Credits
Q: Say I’m not happy with my product. Who should I call?

A:

If you’re unsatisfied with product from a same day delivery, you can return it right away by letting your driver know. Your driver will give you the paperwork confirming your return. When the product comes back to us, our warehouse staff will carefully evaluate it and determine your credit allowance.

If you're unsatisfied with a product from prior delivery, just give customer service a call and they'll assist you or you can simply return the product to your driver.

If you have further questions or want more info on credits please contact your sales representative.

Damaged Product
Q: Uh-oh. What if my product arrives damaged?

A:

Just send it back with your driver on the same day you’ve gotten it. He’ll provide paperwork to document that the product has been returned. When your product comes back to us, our warehouse staff will carefully evaluate it and determine your credit allowance.

Q: What kind of products does Get Fresh Produce supply?

A:

While we specialize in the freshest and highest quality produce, we also offer a wide variety of other products, including a full line of premium dairy, meats, poultry, imported cheeses, dry goods and imported Italian specialty items. 

Don't forget to ask us anything and let us meet your product needs!

Q: What’s the case size for dairy products? i.e. half & half, heavy cream, gallons of milk?

A:

Standard case size for milk by the gallon is four to a case. The case size for half & half and heavy cream comes 16 quarts to a case.

Q: So, why do I have to pre-order certain stuff?

A:

There are some products we don’t carry on a regular basis or they can require a 1 or 2 day lead-time. Typically, certain specialty items need to be pre-ordered like striped beets or eggnog.
